Welcome to RubyMac's Coffee, the newest addition to Santa Fe's coffee scene! Our vintage 1962 Shasta Airflyte camper trailer will be opening it's serving window in the spring of 2025, serving up delicious coffee and pastries to locals and visitors alike.
